Pixies – La Riviera, Madrid, Spain (November 7th, 2013) – Mp3

MAS

.

First time I got to see the Pixies outside a festival, and although Kim is really missed, this is the best performance I have had the chance to witness. Not the best setlist (I missed Monkey Gone to Heaven and Wave of Mutilation from the top of my mind), but they are playing tonight at the same venue so maybe they saved some of them for today… I pity I can’t be there =).

The sound of this source is quite good. Hardly any interference from the people around (some shouting here and there). I hope you enjoy it!!!

Jeje.

Un saludo y gracias por comentar!

Hey man, thanks for this! We have a Madrid Live Music Archivist, ain’t that great! Very good sound too, considering that the show was in La Riviera… And don’t worry, I’ve always supported The Pixies, saw them live twice in the 90’s, bought an official T-Shirt that was signed by Kim Deal herself, right in front of me, and even bought the amazing Minotaur box set a couple of years ago, I can dowload the whole concert without feeling guilty at all… Cheers!

Thanks for your kind words! I was temtemp by the minotaur box set but it was toooo expensive =) The sound is really good, I bet some EQ would make it even better but I’m not very good with it and wanted to get this uploaded soon. A pity I couldn’t make it to tonight’s show, they played some songs I eould have love to listen. Enjoy and thanks for you comment!,
